Vacuum Metalizing
Vacuum metalizing process is done within a vacuum chamber with vaporized metal (aluminium). It is used to produce a very thin coat of metal (thickness ranges for 0.01 to 0.2 micrometres) on thoroughly cleaned plastic objects PP, ABS, AS and PS. It improves its corrosion resistance and enhances its appearance. Vacuum metallizing is usually used for automotive parts such as reflectors and electronic accessories. In our facility, we have a few special oven machines and vacuum chambers (180 cm diameter).
