Robot arm for Injection Process

We have implemented a robot arm system to work in conjunction with our injection moulding machines to improve efficiency and productivity. Our robot arm performs various tasks, such as removing finished products from the machine and placing them onto a conveyor or packaging station. This automated process significantly increases the production rate of the machine while reducing the risk of errors and injuries.


Autonomous Plating Process

Our company has implemented an autonomous plastic plating process to streamline our production and improve the quality of our products. This system utilizes advanced technology to provide a precise and uniform coating to our products, resulting in products that meet our high standards of quality and durability. The automated system's precise parameters, including chemical concentration, chemical temperature, and dipping time, reduce the risk of errors and increase efficiency.


Painting Clean Room

Our painting clean room is designed to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and quality control. It is equipped with advanced air filtration systems that remove impurities and contaminants from the air, creating a controlled environment that is free from dust, dirt, and other particles that could affect the quality of our products. This allows the production of high-quality products that meet the rigorous standards of our customers.


Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

A Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a measuring device that allows the accurate geometric measurements of 3D objects. The result is then processed in a CAD software for analysis. This device is used to monitor the geometric accuracy of our products as part of our Quality Assurance effort.


Chemical Laboratory

Our laboratory is equipped with chemical laboratory equipments for us to perform regular chemical monitoring of our plating line. This is also where our various quality assurance related testing equipments are located, such as the CASS test machine and thickness test equipment.


CAD Software

We use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for the preliminary design of our products, as well as for the development of injection molds and checking fixtures and jigs. This helps us to quickly identify potential design issues and make the necessary adjustments before moving on to the manufacturing phase. This precision is essential for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.


Wastewater Treatment

At our company, we are committed to environmental sustainability and take every possible step to ensure that our operations do not harm the environment. As a part of this commitment, we have implemented a wastewater treatment facility to remove harmful particles from our plating line before releasing it into the environment. Our facility is designed to treat wastewater by removing chemicals, heavy metals, and other harmful substances, ensuring that our discharge meets or exceeds all relevant environmental regulations.


Air filtration

We have also implemented an advanced air filtration system to remove harmful particles from our plating line before releasing it into the environment. Our air filtration system uses a multi-stage filtering process that effectively captures and removes harmful particles.
